Ladysmith Tree Removal quotes tree work across Ladysmith, Chemainus, Saltair, Cedar and Yellow Point from photos and an address, and we visit the site before anything is booked. We check Bylaw No. 500 areas at that first stage.
The quickest quote comes from two or three photos taken from a safe distance, a rough height, and the address. Everything else can be settled on site.
What happens next
- 1
The form — Name, phone, address and what the tree is doing. Photos help more than anything written.
- 2
First review — We check your jurisdiction, outline the method, and identify permit requirements before booking a visit.
- 3
Site visit — We inspect access, drop space and overhead service lines on site.
- 4
Written quote — We confirm your fixed price, work method and permit position in writing.
What to send
A photo of the whole tree from far enough back to see the top, one of the base, and one showing what is underneath it. Height to the nearest few metres is fine. Tell us if an overhead service line runs near your tree, as it shapes our work method. We call BC Hydro before starting work near lines.
If the tree is already down
A storm callout is a different conversation. Send the photos from wherever is safe to stand — not from underneath — and say what the tree is resting on, because that decides the order the work gets done in. We prioritize securing hung-up canopy hazards first, and we never cut until we evaluate wood tension.
